Field Service Technician / Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission and test laser cutting and engraving machines.
• Perform servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults at customer sites.
• Replace components and perform machine calibration.
• Provide basic operator training and technical support to customers.
• Prepare service reports and support workshop repairs when required.
• Travel to customer sites across Singapore.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant field service or equipment maintenance experience, preferably within the medical device, medical aesthetic or healthcare equipment industry.
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or providing technical guidance to junior engineers is preferred.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and attend to urgent service requirements when necessary.
• Valid driving licence would be an advantage.
