We are seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance service industry and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining coffee equipment at client locations throughout the Chicagoland and DeKalb areas.

Key Responsibilities:• Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee machines and related equipment.• Perform regular maintenance and service calls.• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers.• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer care during all service visits.

Qualifications:• Experience in the maintenance service industry .• Excellent driving record (company vehicle provided for service calls).• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.• Good communication and customer service skills.
