Field Service Technician

Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Follows standard operating procedures and safety guidelines and established procedures to complete assigned work.
Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
Communicates with customers to provide updates and technical support during service visits.
Maintains tools, equipment, and assigned company assests.
Participates in training to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external Customers.
Assists in commissioning and testing of new equipment installations.
Assists with inventory management and preparation of service materials.
Collaborates with other technicians and engineers to resolve service issues.
Supports continuous improvement efforts in field service operations.

Has working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical, scientific, or operational processes.

Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within their area of expertise.

Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.

Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
