Field Service Technician (Laser Equipment)
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission and test laser cutting and engraving machines.
- Perform servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults at customer sites.
- Replace components and perform machine calibration.
- Provide basic operator training and technical support to customers.
- Prepare service reports and support workshop repairs when required.
- Travel to customer sites across Singapore.
Requirements
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation or related fields.
- Experience with industrial machinery, CNC, automation or laser equipment is an advantage.
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to customer sites.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply. Training provided.
