Carry-on and checked baggage

• Response to all equipment faults arriving onsite at equipment location within 10 minutes of receiving notification • Update Assistant Team Leader / Team Leader for major faults per SOP
• Conduct preventive maintenance per checklist and schedule
• Able to troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance for minor equipment faults
• Comply with CAG and Leidos WSH (Workplace Safety & Health) regulations • Report any unsafe acts / environment to Service Manager immediately
• Provide completed service reports to fault attended
• Conduct tools check before start work
• Attend tool box meeting before start work
• Provide any other documentation required such as maintenance records and test reports to Service Manager when required
• Perform daily admin tasks – machine reports generation, TIP report generation etc
• Update event logs / database for all equipment faults
• Update Service Record VBA or any Leidos CRM for all equipment faults
• Update maintenance records for PM carried out.
• Ensure Spare Part Exchange Form (SPEF) are generated for all parts usage
• Assist logistics coordinator on inventory matters
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as requested by Service manager.
• Assign as Driver (pool) for the team (with valid Class 3 license)
• Perform 12 hours rotating shift standby at Changi
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
NITEC/Higher NITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Ability to use Schematics Diagram for troubleshooting will be an added advantage
Good understanding of computers, operating systems and network knowledge is a plus
Team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Great verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skill
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
Class 3 driving license (Not Class 3A) will be advantage
Willing to work in dirty, hot and humid environment, as & when due to onsite condition
