Field Service Technician (M&E) - Training Provided | 5 day!!/ $2.6k (0580)

• Working Days: 5 days | Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 9am – 6pm
• Salary: $2,000 - $2,600
• Location: Ubi (Office) / Islandwide

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair CNC and laser engraving/cutting machines supplied by the company.
• Perform machine demonstrations, material testing, sample production, and engraving/cutting applications for customers.
• Install and commission new equipment according to specifications to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Provide customer training on machine hardware, software operations, and basic maintenance procedures.
• Support customers with after-sales service inquiries, spare parts requirements, and maintenance-related assistance.
• Promote and process spare parts sales as well as annual preventive maintenance service contracts.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports upon completion of service activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding customer service requirements and technical support matters.
• Travel overseas when required to carry out installation, servicing, training, and technical support duties.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company or immediate superior.

Requirements

• ITE, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification in Engineering or a related field.
• Possessing basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software will be an advantage.
• Possess basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems.
• Training will be provided for machine software, operation, and maintenance.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas when required.
• Possesses own transport (Motorbike or Car) will be an advantage
