Field Service Technician

• Supervise on site equipment installations
• Perform commissioning and Acceptance Testing
• Perform Operation and Maintenance Training
• Perform factory floor calibrations in strict accordance with governing standards (AMS2750, CQI-9, BAC5621, etc.)
• Conduct pyrometry testing services (TUS, SATs, etc.)
• Troubleshoot process control, furnace, or burner systems
• Repair process control systems
• Analyze all data, develop and implement action plans
• Understand relevant quality standards/assessments (AMS2750, CQI-9, BAC5621, etc.)
• Assist with furnace manufacturing as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Travel up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with calibrations and temperature uniformity surveys for thermal processing equipment, preferred.
• PLC experience, multiple platforms preferred.
• Knowledge in the use of test equipment such as meters/calibrators, preferred.
• Ability to work with basic hand tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
