Field Service Technician Mechanical

Requirements;

• Male/Female with age 27 - 38 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering
• Min 3 -7 years of responsibility in a field service role with similar responsibilities.
• Customer obsessed, strong technical and interpersonal skills
• Proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable
• Act dynamically and pragmatically under pressure
• Fluent in English, all other Asian languages is an asset
• Creative, team player, result oriented
• Compassionate and developed sense of service
• Will have maintained a positive performance appraisal under ever-increasing levels
• In depth knowledge in mechanical, installation, electro-mechanical
• Ability to diagnose faults, make recommendations in customer environment
• Understand the business and its challenges
• Ability to be multi-task and work in multi-cultural environment
• Good knowledge of the machinery industry with focus on printing, machine-tools
• Hands on machine Servicing mechanical
• Repair, installation, commissioning of new machines through the SEAP region
• Relocation, upgrading and commissioning of existing equipment
• Working on problems of difficult scope requiring advanced troubleshooting skills
• Preventive maintenance
• Ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repair
• Troubleshooting problems and proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance Programs.
