Job description:
- Perform Preventive Maintenance of devices at customer site or in Service Center, depends on needs
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of devices in Service Center
- Documentation of service results
- Manage to ensure test equipment are calibrated on time for service
- Manage spare part inventory to ensure availability of spare part for repair
- Perform Software Upgrade if needed (Not the routine, only when needs arise)
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, servicing or repair; fresh graduates may be considered.
- Basic experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment repair.
- Able to use basic test and measurement equipment.
- Medical device or healthcare equipment experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and occasional software upgrades.
- Good communication skills and comfortable working at customer sites.
- Able to work independently and perform hands-on technical work.
