Field Service Technician – Payment, Parking and Vending Systems

About the role

Do you have experience as an after-sales or field technician and are you passionate about the maintenance and repair of electronic and electromechanical equipment? Have you worked with automated payment systems, vending machines, ATMs, payment terminals, parking systems, or access control?

At Ananda Selección, we are looking for a Field After-Sales Service Technician – Payment, Vending, and Parking systems to join directly a company specialized in technological solutions for parking and access control systems, present in public and private parking lots, shopping centers, and other facilities.

What you'll do

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic parking equipment and access control systems.
• Diagnosis, detection, and repair of faults in payment kiosks, barriers, ticket dispensers, and other parking equipment.
• Technical interventions at customer facilities, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the equipment.
• Commissioning, configuration, adjustment, and replacement of electronic and electromechanical components.
• Resolution of technical incidents and faults, both in person and through remote assistance.
• Direct technical attention and assistance to customers, offering solutions and advice on the operation of the equipment.
• Carrying out installations, inspections, and technical checks.
• Preparation of reports and recording of interventions performed.

Additional Information

Professional experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of electronic or electromechanical equipment and field work and technical assistance (after-sales service).

Experience in the following sectors

Automated payment systems: ATMs, payment terminals, ticket dispensers, coin acceptors, and payment modules.

Vending machines and automatic sales equipment.

Parking and access control systems: barriers, parking ATMs, and entry and exit management equipment.

Amusement machines and casino electronic equipment.

Communication networks: installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

We value experience in fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance, component replacement, and equipment commissioning.

Technical skills

• Diagnosis and resolution of electronic and electromechanical faults.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and electronic equipment.
• Knowledge of networks, communications, and computer systems.

Other requirements

• Driving license B, essential.
• Spanish and Catalan are essential. Knowledge of English will be valued.
• Availability to travel around Barcelona and the surrounding areas, with occasional travel throughout Catalonia.

Personal skills

We are looking for a resourceful, autonomous, and organized person; having a customer orientation is important.

💼 What do we offer?

• Contract: Direct with the company.
• Salary: €26,000 gross annual + benefits.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 17:30, and Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00.
• Stability: Joining a consolidated company with a stable professional project.
• Location: Barcelona, with travel within the area and occasionally throughout Catalonia.
