Field Service Technician travels to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy machinery with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.

As a Field Service Technician you are responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on equipment that is located at the customers site. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge, is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
  • Completes repairs in a variety of weather conditions and locations
  • Use diagnostic tools and technical schematics to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Document services accurately and ensuring timely completion of work orders
  • Order necessary parts with precision and accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and managers
  • Meet time requirement guidelines and maintain efficiency levels
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Technical Communicators for further research and assistance
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain and care for all tools and service truck
  • Perform other duties as assigned
