We're looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Field Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and taking pride in a job well done.
What You'll Do & Succeed Here
As a Field Service Technician, you'll service, maintain, install, and repair coffee, vending, water, and refreshment equipment at customer locations throughout your assigned territory. You'll respond to service calls, diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, manage inventory within your company vehicle, and ensure customers receive prompt and professional support.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of field service, equipment maintenance, repair, installation, or related technical experience preferred
- Experience with coffee, vending, beverage, foodservice, or refreshment equipment is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification, military training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Work Location: In Person | Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical, maintenance, repair, installation, automotive, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or related technical experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related equipment issues.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service instructions.
- Basic computer, smartphone, and tablet proficiency.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, where permitted by law.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work in customer locations, warehouse environments, and field service settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of field service, equipment repair, maintenance, or installation experience.
- Experience servicing coffee equipment, espresso equipment, vending machines, water filtration systems, micro-markets, beverage systems, or foodservice equipment.
- HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, automotive, refrigeration, or related technical experience.
- Technical certification, trade school education, military technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
- Experience using diagnostic equipment and electrical testing tools.
- EPA Certification, HVAC Certification, or similar technical credentials.
- Previous route-based or customer-facing field service experience.
- Inventory management and parts management experience.
- Forklift certification or warehouse experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
