Field Services Officer (m/f/d)
- Ensure that photovoltaic power plants consistently meet the agreed service and operational performance targets in line with defined SLAs
- Review service reports and related documentation in a timely manner and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules in line with SLA requirements and coordinate implementation with subcontractors and the Team Leader Field Services
- Monitor critical accounts to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution
- Coordinate daily operational activities and oversee the timely resolution of outstanding site-related issues
- Collaborate with subcontractors and the Team Leader Field Services to resolve escalated customer issues
- Communicate asset-related issues to internal Greencells teams to enable escalation to manufacturers, and support all involved parties throughout the process
- Support root cause analysis activities to identify and resolve performance-related issues
- Conduct due diligence on technicians to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery
- Ensure that all required documentation (LV/HV RAMS, LOTO procedures) is received, validated, and shared with relevant stakeholders
- Support the resolution of escalated customer concerns, including product-related issues and invoice disputes
- Provide guidance and support for operational processes within the control and monitoring room
- Select, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors, acting as a key interface between subcontractors, owners, and third parties
- Support handover processes, ensuring smooth transition into operations
- Provide guidance to ensure compliance with applicable UK standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor, report, and contribute to the continuous improvement of KPIs
- Maintain readiness to travel and visit operational sites as required
- Degree in Engineering (e.g. electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, civil engineering, or a comparable field)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including single-line diagrams (SLDs), installation specifications, and test reports
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
- Basic understanding of IT systems and network structures is considered an advantage
