We are looking for Junior and Entry‑Level Field Services Technicians who are motivated, reliable, and willing to learn. No prior payment terminal experience is required - training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and commitment.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates, entry‑level candidates, or those looking to build a long‑term career in technical field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide service and customer support during scheduled field visits or dispatches
  • Assist with on‑site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of payment terminals
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and checks under guidance
  • Follow assigned schedules and tie daily tasks to planned workflows
  • Prepare service reports and update required documentation
  • Learn and follow company field procedures, safety guidelines, and standard operating processes
  • Cooperate with senior technicians and the technical team, sharing information when required
  • Refer more complex or advanced cases to the team lead with relevant background details
  • Understand customer requirements and provide basic explanations or briefings when appropriate
  • Build positive, professional relationships with customers through proper conduct and communication


Requirements

  • Minimum ITE / GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
  • Open to Junior and Entry‑Level candidates with or without prior field service experience
  • Willingness to participate in training before hire and on‑the‑job
  • Interest in technical field work and a willingness to learn hands‑on skills
  • Able to follow instructions, schedules, and work processes
  • Able to work independently under guidance and as part of a team
  • Basic IT and networking knowledge or interest, preferably with electronic equipment
  • Comfortable with basic documentation and reporting
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Attention to detail and awareness of safety guidelines
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required
  • Able to perform field duties in outdoor and varying weather
  • Class 3 driving license is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore roads and locations is an advantage
