Job Summary
At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, the Field Superintendent has a key role in our business. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from pre-installation planning through final completion. You will partner with customers, sales teams, project managers, and installation crews to coordinate and oversee successful project execution, proactively resolving challenges and ensuring exceptional service every step of the way. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate across teams, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and with outstanding attention to quality and detail.
