Field Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team! The Field Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to multiple employees with various skills and responsibilities. This is a working position that requires the ability to work alongside the team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the Piscataqua’s standards to top quality work in a safe, courteous, structure to meet estimated hours and exceed the client’s expectations. The Field Supervisor will also be responsible for the overall professional, quality and quantity of work performed by the crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to multiple employees with various skills and responsibilities
• Work alongside the team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the Piscataqua’s standards to top quality work in a safe, courteous, structure with the goal of meeting estimated hours and exceeding the client’s expectations
• Ensure the overall professional, quality and quantity of work performed by the crews
• Monitor and manage crew performance, including attendance, punctuality, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project
• Train and mentor new employees as needed

Qualifications:

• Landscaping, construction or related industry experience a must
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
