Field Supervisor

Elite Medical Transport, LLC

The Field Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and coordination of administrative and operational functions to the El Paso, Socorro and Horizon City Operations. The Field Supervisor is expected to ensure the quality of front-line services and provide support to the staff delivering these services. This position will be considered an extension of the management team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Texas EMS Licensure at Paramedic level
• Valid Texas Driver’s License (or ability to obtain).
• EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator Course) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or coordination role in an EMS setting.
• Strong working knowledge of state EMS regulations and industry best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Working knowledge of RescueNet, Ascentis, and related platforms a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution skills.
