- Distribute daily work and reassign routes
- Ensure equipment security and maintenance
- Ensure safety compliance
- Manage CPE deliveries and inventory
- Mentor and develop technicians
- Monitor technician progress with workforce tools
- Onboard contractor crews
- Oversee installation and fulfillment operations
- Perform in person quality checks
- Provide coaching to technicians
- Respond to client calls and escalations
- Review completed work and provide feedback
- Run daily KPI verification calls
- Track and collect client equipment
- Travel to project sites
- Troubleshoot issues with technicians
- Validate jobs marked not done
- Verify technician route readiness
