Field Support Engineer – Windows Apps & DevOps Deployments

THALES SOLUTIONS ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Field Support Engineer to specialize in Windows application deployment and on-site/remote IPS support. You will deploy, maintain, and train users on Windows-based systems and collaborate with DevOps to streamline releases.

Role includes building Ansible playbooks, performing RCA, and supporting AI-driven improvements in operations. Some regional travel will be required, with a 9am–6pm workday.
