About the role
At IT PARTNER ESPAÑA, we are looking to hire a Field Support Technician to provide on-site support to users and resolve incidents and requests related to the microcomputing environment.
If you have experience in technical support, you enjoy direct interaction with users, and you have good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and hardware, we want to meet you!
What you'll do
- On-site user support and resolution of microcomputing support incidents and requests.
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of computer equipment.
- Maintenance, repair, and replacement of components for PCs, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintenance and support of peripherals such as scanners, barcode readers, card readers, etc.
- Support and resolution of incidents related to Windows operating systems.
- Management and support using remote control tools.
- Support related to LDAP directories.
- Support and resolution of incidents related to Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Occasional travel when necessary.
What we're looking for
- Experience in on-site user support and resolution of microcomputing support incidents.
- Knowledge of LDAP directories.
- Knowledge of remote control tools.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007-2019 and Office 365.
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and replacement of components for PCs, printers, and peripherals.
- Experience in installation and configuration of computer equipment.
- Driver's license and own vehicle, with availability to perform occasional travel when necessary.
What you'll get
- On-site work at the client's premises.
- Salary: 19,000 € SBA.
- Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 h.
- No on-call shifts are currently performed. However, it may be necessary to join an on-call system after a few months, depending on service needs.
