Join an established managed service provider supporting a diverse range of clients with their IT infrastructure and modern workplace environments. You’ll work alongside a collaborative technical team where variety, customer service and strong technical capability are valued.

Your new role:

As a Field Systems Engineer, you’ll provide hands-on technical support and solutions across client environments. A major focus of the role will be Microsoft Intune, so you’ll need proven commercial experience deploying, managing and supporting Intune within an MSP environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune environments
  • Configure and maintain devices through Intune
  • Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, systems and end-user issues
  • Deliver technical support both remotely and at client sites
  • Work across multiple customer environments and technologies
  • Collaborate with a team of 3 to 4 engineers
  • Maintain clear technical documentation
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to MSP clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working for a managed service provider is essential
  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune experience is essential
  • Solid Microsoft systems and infrastructure engineering experience
  • Experience supporting multiple client environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving MSP environment
  • Broader endpoint management experience would be an advantage
