FIELD TECHNICIAN (12 HRS SHIFT)
Summary
Perform on-site inspections and first-line maintenance of pipelines, pumps, valves, and tanks at a tankfarm and jetty, ensuring safe and efficient operations during loading, discharging, and transfers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor ongoing operations at the tankfarm and jetty area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist in lining up the pipeline system and inspect pipes, pumps, valves, and tanks to confirm compliance with company procedures during discharging, loading, processing, and tank-to-tank transfers
- Perform first-line maintenance tasks such as replacing blinds, greasing valves, and oiling operational equipment to maintain system functionality
- Support daily site operations including maintaining proper housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma, Higher/Nitec in engineering disciplines (fresh graduates welcome)
- Willingness to perform outdoor fieldwork
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts with alternate weekends off
- Ability to travel to offshore island (take boat from Pasir Panjang), eligible for monthly Offshore and Transport Allowance
- Class 4 driving license is an advantage
- Willingness to undergo On Job Training
