Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Technician Intern to join our Service Delivery team. This role offers real-world, hands-on experience in installations, VoIP systems, networking, and customer training. The intern will work closely with senior technicians to ensure successful service activations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site installations of VoIP, LTE, and fibre solutions.
  

• Configure routers, SIP devices, and customer equipment under supervision.
  

• Perform site assessments and document installation details accurately.
  

• Support customers with onboarding and product demonstrations.
  

• Report faults and assist in troubleshooting on-site or remotely.
  

• Maintain proper stock, tools, and job cards for each installation.
  

• Collaborate with the Support and Billing teams to close installation tickets.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Studying or recently completed a qualification in IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
  

• Basic understanding of networking principles, IP addressing, and VoIP.
  

• Willingness to work in the field and travel to client sites.
  

• Good communication and customer-service skills.
  

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under supervision.
  

• Valid driver’s license or learner’s permit (advantageous).
