Field Technician / Site coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated ITE graduate to join our team as a Field Service Technician / Site Coordinator, covering the North-East region. You will be the on-ground point of contact for repairs, service support, and site coordination across our client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting of [equipment/systems]
- Provide responsive service support to clients across sites in the North-East region
- Coordinate site visit schedules and job assignments with the operations team
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and parts/materials used
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Ride company-provided motorbike to and from job sites
Requirements
- Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Facilities Management & Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or an engineering discipline
- Minimum Class 2B motorcycle license required (company motorbike provided)
- Willing to work shifts, depending on job assignment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and travel to various sites within the North-East region
