Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, and servicing of track-mounted machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at site locations.
Provide technical support and training to clients/operators.
Ensure timely reporting of service activities and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at work sites.
Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective
resolution of customer issues.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team
members.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their
concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

In-depth knowledge of crusher equipment, including
operation, maintenance, and repair.
