Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on production and warehouse environment where accuracy and quality matter on every job?
As a Fill Room Technician at Daughtridge Sales Company, you will support production operations by filling, assembling, and modifying pressure gauges and related components to quality standards and work instructions. You will also be cross-trained to assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions as needed, making this a varied, active role in a specialized industrial distribution operation that serves customers in aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, energy, government, and medical markets.

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
Fill Room Production
- Fill gauges and perform related fill room production activities in accordance with quality standards and work instructions.
- Assemble gauges to seals, change cases, perform dial modifications, and complete other product assembly tasks as assigned.
- Pick materials and components from the warehouse to fulfill production and customer order requirements.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards at all times.
Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Support
- Assist with shipping operations by pulling orders, preparing packing slips, packaging products, and creating shipping labels.
- Support receiving activities by unloading, inspecting, and checking in incoming freight deliveries from carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and received materials.
- Cross-train and provide support across production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving functions as business needs require.
