Filling Line Operator

About Company & Role Purpose A leading food and beverage manufacturing company is seeking a Filling Line Operator to operate and monitor the filling line equipment, ensuring efficient, accurate, and hygienic filling of products into containers according to production and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES General • Operate filling line machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Monitor the filling process for accuracy, speed, and quality. • Inspect containers and products before and after filling . • Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of the filling line equipment. • Record production data accurately in logs or digital systems. • Report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues immediately.

Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Technical or vocational certification in manufacturing, food processing, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a food or beverage production environment. • Previous experience operating filling line machinery is an advantage. • Understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and GMP is preferred. Skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring the filling process. • Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols precisely. • Basic mechanical aptitude for routine cleaning and minor maintenance. • Basic computer skills for logging production data. • Good communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods. • Problem-solving skills to identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
