Ihre Rolle

• Providing technical leadership and coordination for a team of approximately 10 employees

• Responsibility for the structured onboarding, mentoring, and successful integration of new employees in accordance with the onboarding plan

• Monitoring and planning of human resources and workflows (production planning)

• Serving as a role model and fostering a motivating and performance-oriented work environment

• Ensuring compliance with all requirements regarding personal protective equipment (PPE), occupational safety (OS), and GMP guidelines

• Performing simple repair and maintenance tasks, as well as assisting with the analysis and resolution of malfunctions

• Ensuring compliance with required quality standards as well as agreed-upon production volumes and delivery dates

• Working closely and coordinating with adjacent departments and interfaces

• Ensuring a transparent, timely, and targeted flow of information within the area of responsibility

• Actively sharing expertise and supporting the professional development of team members

• Participating in cross-functional projects and subprojects

• Initiating and implementing continuous improvement measures (CIP) within one’s area of responsibility

• Preparing and evaluating production metrics, reports, and presentations as part of shop floor management

• Contributing to the identification of optimization potential and the development of sustainable problem-solving approaches

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally related to industrial production processes

• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment with initial leadership responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of production processes, production facilities, and plant technologies

• Very good written and spoken German

• A confident and persuasive demeanor, along with a strong sense of responsibility

• Experience in the technical leadership, development, and motivation of employees

• Strong communication skills, as well as excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities

• High level of commitment, initiative, resilience, and the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations

• Assertiveness and the ability to define clear goals and consistently oversee their implementation

• A structured, forward-thinking approach to work with strong planning and organizational skills
