Compensation: ₦520,000 net (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Account Executive for its client. The successful candidate will manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and financial records to support sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Monitor budgets and track expenditure against approved budgets.
• Ensure timely tax filings, statutory remittances, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
