Finance & Accounting Controller 財務會計主管

You will be responsible for reliable accounting and financial reporting, cash planning, budgeting, and forward-looking analysis. You will work directly with the President, Co-Founders, and department heads to connect financial information with business decisions.

We need someone who can work with the information available and improve it over time. The processes and tools you build must be appropriate to our business and maintainable with the resources we have.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be utilized to develop systems and streamline the company's operations. Collaboration and communication will be essential as you work closely with the team to develop controls, drive improvements, and analyze financial performance.
