What You'll Do
As an Emerging Finance Leader, you'll serve as a key business partner while helping support and scale the finance function.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and efficiency
Build financial models and operational dashboards to support decision-making
Monitor key SaaS performance indicators and communicate insights to leadership
Business Partnership & Strategic Finance
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, People, and Executive teams
Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
Support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and growth programs
Help evaluate investments, resource allocation decisions, and business priorities
Private Equity & Value Creation Exposure
Assist with board and investor reporting activities
Support value creation initiatives and performance improvement programs
Contribute to acquisition analysis, integration efforts, and special projects as opportunities arise
Gain exposure to the metrics and strategies that drive enterprise value
Financial Operations & Process Improvement
Help improve finance processes, controls, reporting, and automation
Support financial reporting and management reporting activities
Leverage technology and analytics to create scalable solutions
Participate in cross-functional projects that improve business performance

What We're Looking For
Experience
3-6 years of progressive experience in:
Accounting
FP&A
Corporate Finance
Transaction Advisory
Consulting
Financial Reporting
Corporate Development
Related finance disciplines
Proven track record of taking on responsibilities beyond your title
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or business analysis activities
CPA preferred; CFA, MBA, or other relevant certifications are also valued
SaaS & Technology Understanding
You do not need to know everything, but you should have exposure to or interest in:
SaaS and recurring revenue business models
ASC 606 revenue recognition
ARR, MRR, NRR, retention, and unit economics
Subscription-based business metrics
Performance reporting and business analytics
Leadership Potential
You are someone who:
