《About the team》
As Finance & Accounting Manager, you will be the financial backbone of this team — taking full ownership of accounting operations, leading the financial close process, and acting as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax authorities. You will also play a key role in designing scalable, system-driven accounting workflows. This team values structure, clarity, and accountability — ensuring every operational detail contributes to ULTRON's overall stability and growth.

《What You'll Do 》
1. 帳務處理與財務結算 (Accounting & Financial Close) - 30%
● 日常帳務主導：
Own all daily accounting operations including AR/AP management, expense review, voucher preparation, and bookkeeping — ensuring every transaction is correctly captured from source to financial record.
● 獨立主導月結／季結／年結：
Independently lead the full close process (month-end, quarter-end, year-end). Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
● IFRS 資產處理：
Manage fixed asset depreciation schedules, contract asset recognition, and right-of-use asset (ROU) accounting in compliance with IFRS 16 and related standards.
● 合併財務報表：
Handle intercompany reconciliation and prepare consolidated financial statements (月報、季報、年報) to accurately reflect the group's overall financial position and performance.
● 財務分析與管理報告：
Prepare periodic financial analysis reports highlighting key variances, trends, and risks — delivering actionable insights to support management decision-making.

2. 稅務合規與法遵申報 (Tax Compliance & Regulatory Filings) - 25%
● 稅務合規全面管理：
Manage the filing of business tax (VAT), withholding tax (各類所得扣繳), supplementary NHI premium, and reconciliation tables to ensure full tax compliance.
● 外匯資產評價與外匯交易：
Perform period-end revaluation of foreign currency assets and liabilities; execute or coordinate FX transactions with banks, and maintain accurate FX gain/loss records.
● 稅簽與外部查帳主要窗口
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax agents. Prepare all PBC (Provided by Client) schedules, workpapers, and supporting documents for annual tax filings and statutory audits.

3. 資金監控與銀行管理 (Cash Management & Banking) - 20%
● 資金監控與現金流報表：
Monitor bank account activities and cash levels across all entities; prepare regular daily/weekly cash flow reports to provide management with real-time visibility.
● 關係企業間資金調度
Manage intercompany fund transfers and cash pooling between group entities — coordinating timing, documentation, and accounting entries to ensure accurate intercompany balances and compliance with transfer pricing principles.
● 銀行作業管理：
Oversee all bank account operations including payment approvals, authorized payee management, bank reconciliations, and applications for new banking documents or facilities.

4. 系統主導與流程優化 (System Ownership & Process Optimization) - 15%
● 流程設計與問題排除：
Proactively identify workflow gaps and resolve system or operational issues by researching official documentation and Help Center resources — defining the best operational paths for the company.
● 跨角色成員協作：
Collaborate with Sales and Procurement members to ensure front-end business documents (invoices, POs, expense claims) flow correctly into accounting, resolving process bottlenecks before they impact the close.

5. 公司法遵與行政事項 (Corporate Compliance & Administration) - 10%
● 工商登記變更：
Handle all company registration changes across group entities including updates to business scope, registered address, and responsible persons — coordinating with authorities (經濟部、國稅局) and external agents as required.
● 主要股東申報與憑證管理：
Manage annual filings for responsible persons and major shareholder information disclosure; oversee renewal of government digital certificates (工商憑證) and regulatory certifications.
● 各類普查與政府申報：
Respond to government statistical surveys and ad-hoc regulatory reporting requirements.
