Finance & Accounting Manager [EL]

Review subsidiaries’ monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax submissions, ensuring timely month-end closing and compliance with applicable requirements.

Prepare management reports and conduct financial and variance analysis.

Manage full-cycle accounting activities and support the development of accounting team members.

Monitor cash flows, working capital and funding requirements of subsidiaries.

Provide accounting and financial reporting guidance to local and regional entities.

Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and related reporting.

Coordinate with outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors and tax advisors.

Support Group budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, procedures and internal control frameworks.

Assist with finance transformation, process improvement and other finance-related projects as required.
