Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and verify expense reports for adherence to corporate policies.
• Prepare and dispatch invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up with clients or vendors to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring all receipts, invoices, and financial documents are accurately filed and retrievable.
• Support senior accountants in preparing monthly financial statements, tax filings, and audit documentation.
• Assist in tracking departmental budgets and generate variance reports for management review and analysis.
