Finance & Accounts Manager (Group) @ Central l Service sector
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and forward-thinking Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee our multi-entity finance operations across our retail and wellness businesses.
Beyond managing full-set accounts, you will play a key role in strengthening financial performance, improving processes and leading a team of two to the next level. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, challenge the status quo and turn financial insights into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-set accounting, monthly closing, financial reporting and statutory compliance across multiple entities.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost control and overall financial performance.
Analyse financial results and provide actionable insights to support management decisions and business growth.
Lead, coach and develop a team of two, driving accountability, accuracy and productivity.
Streamline accounting processes, improve internal controls and explore automation opportunities.
Partner with management and operations teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and other professional advisers.
Requirements
ACCA-qualified or equivalent recognised professional accounting qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with strong full-set accounting knowledge.
Experience managing multiple entities and overseeing financial reporting.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Retail, wellness, beauty or other service-industry experience is highly preferred.
Proactive, hands-on and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
