Finance - Accounts Payable /Receivable Company: Coforge Job Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 6L8L a year Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Close Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Pass journal entries and ensure proper accounting in line with Ind AS / IFRS / company policies. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure accuracy of general ledger and supporting schedules. Inter Company Reconciliations.2. Statutory & Tax Compliance Support preparation and filing of:GST returns, TDS returns Income tax data and schedules Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, and other statutory regulations. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits. Preparation of Financial Statement as per IND-AS3. Audit Support Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits. Provide required schedules, explanations, and documentation to auditors. Track and support closure of audit observations.4. Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight Monitor vendor payments and customer collections. Ensure proper accounting of invoices, provisions, and accruals. Reconcile vendor and customer balances.5. Fixed Assets Accounting Maintain fixed asset register and compute depreciation. Track asset additions, disposals, and capitalization.6. Internal Controls & Compliance Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures. Support implementation and documentation of controls (ICFR / SOX, if applicable). Identify and flag control weaknesses or process gaps.7. MIS & Reporting Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and variance analysis. Provide data support for budgeting and forecasting exercises. Generate reports for internal stakeholders as required.8. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Ensure accurate documentation of processes and SOPs. Support ERP/system-related enhancements. .
