Finance Admin Assistant (Woodlands, 3 months)
Summary
Perform day-to-day finance operations such as AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, and monthly closes for a Singapore-based consulting firm using standard accounting practices.
- Up to $15 per hour (~$2,700 per month)

- Mon - Fri, office hours
Responsibilities:
- Manage finance operations including accounting entries, accounts payable/receivable, billing, collections, banking, reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, accounting schedules, official receipts, payment transactions, and support timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing.
- Monitor budgets, receivables, payables, fund utilisation, and finance-related inventory, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, customers, and auditors to resolve financial queries, support audits, and drive continuous improvements to finance, procurement, and grant processes.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in financial accounting.
- Organised and meticulous, with the ability to manage administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines.
