Finance Administrative Assistant

About the role

Your mission will be to guarantee correct local administrative and accounting management through the validation, recording, and monitoring of the billing cycle, reconciliations, and documentary control of key suppliers. You will ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and compliance, acting as the main interlocutor with the parent company for the timely reporting of financial information and the resolution of incidents.

What you'll do

Manage the receipt, validation, recording, and issuance of daily and periodic invoices, along with the monitoring of invoices and credit notes from the main partners and strategic suppliers.

Perform the documentary and administrative control of agreed operations, guaranteeing the correct accounting allocation of amounts.

Act as the administrative interlocutor with the parent company and maintain fluid communication, complying with established corporate procedures.

Coordinate the sending of information and documentation, reports, and incidents for the group, within the established deadlines.

Maintain control through periodic reconciliations of invoices and credit notes pending receipt.

Prepare administrative analysis monitoring reports related to invoices and the recording of the month's provisions.

Management of daily incidents related to this activity.

Ensure compliance with the corporate procedures, internal controls, and compliance policies established in the group.

What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Finance, Accounting, or related areas. Complementary training in administrative management, tax regulations, or ERP tools is valued.
