The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own fund finance operations and implement automation, working with finance leadership on accounting, reporting, and an AI-enabled administration platform.

What you'll do

- Manage fund accounting, investor reporting, and capital account statements.

- Implement and calibrate a fund administration platform.

- Automate repetitive financial workflows and improve controls.

- Maintain investment data, valuations, and portfolio records.

- Support strategic finance projects and coordinate with finance leadership.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 3 to 5 years of relevant fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital, private equity finance, or investment fund audit experience.

- Understanding of capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund statements.

- Experience producing investor reports and capital account statements.

- Experience automating finance work with spreadsheets, SQL, AI tools, or similar systems.

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Interest in technology and an ability to own operational details independently.

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 133,000 to 160,000 per year.

- Equity: Competitive equity.

- The source describes an additional carried-interest award of approximately USD 150,000 or more; carry is not guaranteed cash compensation.
