Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a venture capital and private equity team as its second finance hire, working closely with the Head of Finance across multiple funds. You will own core fund finance operations and lead the rollout of an AI-native fund administration platform, helping build efficient, scalable workflows.

What You'll Do

• Manage fund accounting, LP reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Implement and calibrate an AI-native fund administration platform.

• Automate recurring finance workflows using appropriate tools and systems.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, VC or PE finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at an AI-focused finance company.

• Experience with fund operations and producing LP reporting, including quarterly reports and capital account statements.

• Fluency in capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep tech, science, or impact-driven work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
