Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in managing the company’s overall finance and accounting activities.

Supervise accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes.

Monitor cash flow, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank transactions.

Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure consistency between internal records and actual transactions.

Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and analyze significant variances.

Support the improvement of Finance & Accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.

Supervise, guide, and monitor Finance & Accounting team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
