  • Forecasting: Lead the customer forecasting process, delivering accurate monthly sales and margin forecasts alongside agile weekly updates.

  • Commercial & Contract Guidance: Maintain a deep understanding of customer contracts and pricing models. Ensure pricing models are properly executed and drive risk mitigation initiatives.

  • Month-End Close & Compliance: Execute month-end closing processes in partnership with corporate accounting and site management to ensure financial accuracy, internal controls, and audit readiness.

Required:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

  • 1+ years of related financial analysis or business partnering experience (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience using integrated financial software/ERP systems.

  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or customer-account finance.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the accountabilities will be considered.

Working Environment

  • Professional, modern office environment located within our manufacturing site.

  • Standard office equipment setup with an emphasis on ergonomic workspace arrangements.
