Finance Analyst (Accounts Payable)

Our client, a leading global MNC is looking for a Finance Analyst (Accounts Payable) to join their Singapore team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Singapore office.
• Handle payroll, pension and tax-related queries from employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax and pension filings.
• Support expatriate and cross-border tax matters, including double-taxation, tax filings and reporting to home countries.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external tax advisers on tax-related matters.
• Support AP, staff reimbursements and weekly cash flow.
• Assist with month/year-end closing and annual audit.
• Provide general finance and ad hoc accounting support to the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in payroll and finance, ideally within an international organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and tax requirements.
• Experience in tax filing, expatriate tax or cross-border tax matters is highly preferred.
• UK tax exposure would be an advantage, although broader international tax experience will also be considered.
• Good accounting knowledge with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
