Location: Centennial, CO, USA

At Orica, we're looking for a Finance Business Partner Analyst to join our North America Finance team in Centennial, Colorado. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career finance professional who wants to develop into a future Finance Business Partner while gaining hands-on experience supporting commercial performance, financial reporting, business decision-making, and emerging AI-enabled finance solutions.

In this role, you'll work closely with finance leaders and commercial teams, helping analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights that support strategic decisions across North America. You'll gain exposure to regional operations, new technology products, financial systems, forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level reporting.

What You’ll Do

As a Finance Business Partner Analyst, you'll help transform financial data into actionable business insights by:

• Supporting monthly business performance reviews and helping leaders understand key financial results
• Identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and commercial drivers that influence profitability and growth
• Partnering with commercial teams supporting Orica's New Technology business to analyze product and customer performance
• Assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Creating reports, dashboards, and performance analysis that improve decision quality
• Leveraging Power BI, financial systems, and emerging AI technologies to improve reporting and automation
• Supporting regional reporting requirements and communicating key performance insights to stakeholders across the business
• Building strong relationships with finance and operational teams to understand what drives business success

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience through internships, co-ops, projects, or early-career roles
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Power BI experience
• SAP or ERP exposure
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting

Compensation Range

• $78,675 - $105,000 USD per year
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan

(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
