Finance Analyst, Expense Management (1-Year Contract) #HFT

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support expense management and accounts payable operations within a leading financial services environment.

Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and promptly while ensuring compliance with internal expense policies.
Administer GST and withholding tax accounting related to accounts payable transactions.
Reconcile processed transactions by verifying accounting entries and comparing system reports to ensure accuracy.
Perform monthly internal account (IAO) substantiation and nostro ageing reconciliations.
Participate in finance process improvement initiatives and projects.
Support ad hoc finance-related assignments as required.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Experience in Accounts Payable, staff claims processing, and/or nostro reconciliation is preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Access VBA, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
