Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst supports Taiwan Finance team in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and accounting activities. The role provides accurate financial information and insights to support business decisions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow FPH's procedures to ensure processes are efficient and effective, support company objectives in delivering appropriate business outcomes.
• Always represent FPH in a professional manner, for internal and external customers.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analyses against budget and forecast.
• Support sales, expense, inventory, and cash flow forecasting activities.
• Monitor key business performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports to support business decision-making.
• Maintain financial models, reports, and forecasting tools.
• Assist with profitability, pricing, and cost analyses.
• Support the preparation of business cases and investment proposals.
• Collaborate with business functions to improve forecast accuracy and reporting quality.
• Support ad hoc finance, operational, and strategic projects through analysis, reporting, and administrative support.
• Support business functions by providing financial information, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist managers in understanding financial results and performance drivers.
• Prepare financial information and presentations for management reviews.
• Respond to routine financial reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial controls.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Investigate account reconciliations variances.
• Assist with audit requirements and statutory compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, delegated authority requirements, and internal controls.
