Finance Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our finance team supporting a diverse group of companies in real estate, coworking, and professional services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, consolidating, and analyzing financial reports across multiple business units to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and consolidate financial reports from multiple entities within the group
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and management reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across entities
• Coordinate with accounting teams of different business units to gather and validate financial information
• Assist in the development and improvement of reporting templates and processes
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
• Ensure timely submission of consolidated reports to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or consolidation, ideally within a group of companies or multi-entity setup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data consolidation); experience with financial systems/ERPs is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and entities
• Experience in real estate, coworking, or professional services industries is a plus
• CPA or progress toward CPA is an advantage but not required
