Finance Analyst

• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports.
  

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  

• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  

• Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial results.
  

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
  

• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
  

• Support the preparation of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
  

• Conduct financial research and market analysis.
  

• Assist in cost optimization and expense management.
  

• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.
  

• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams.
  

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
  

• Support audits and financial compliance activities.
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and advanced formulas.
  

• Knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).
  

• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  

• Basic knowledge of financial modeling and valuation.
  

• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial ratios.
  

• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
  

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  

• Good understanding of business finance and cost analysis.
  

• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
