Finance Analyst
Location: Woodlands
Salary: $4,800 – $5,600/month
Contract: 6 months (Potential for extension)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Join a leading manufacturing company and be part of the Site Finance team, supporting financial planning, cost management, and operational performance. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who enjoy working with data, business partnering, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate and analyse weekly financial forecasts, outlooks, and actual performance.
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
Prepare timely corporate financial submissions and operational reports.
Monitor cost control initiatives and financial performance metrics.
Support fixed asset accounting and product costing functions.
Participate in annual physical inventory exercises.
Perform data analysis, correlation studies, and financial reporting.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Support departmental projects and team activities as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, or cost analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Knowledge of Knime is an advantage.
Exposure to analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or Alteryx will be an added advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
