Finance and Accounting Manager

• Solid understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Leading end-to-end delivery across multiple F&A service lines in shared services or BPO environments
• Over 7 years of leadership experience managing finance operations within global services organizations
• Supervising cross-functional teams of 50+ employees, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance
• Overseeing operational performance and service delivery, including SLA compliance, productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
